Joe Gow, Ph.D., served as Chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2007-2023, following service as Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at Winona State University and as Interim President of Nebraska Wesleyan University. He earned his Ph.D. in Speech Communication from Penn State.
